Delivery Policy
UK Delivery Costs and Timings Please note any order placed on a weekend or bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day. Saturday delivery is at £16.00
Standard UK Delivery: £4.50 2 - 5 working days
Standard delivery is sent with Royal Mail and should arrive with you within 2 - 5 working days.
Next Day Delivery: £8.50 next working day
Express delivery is sent by City Link and will arrive with you the next working day if your order is placed before 2pm on a business day. This service is not available for PO Box addresses because it requires a signature upon delivery. We can't be held responsible for delays if you have chosen a PO Box address to ship to.
Express Delivery before 12pm: £14.50
Express delivery before 12pm is sent by City Link and will arrive with you the next working day before 12pm if your order is placed before 2pm on a business day. This service requires a signature upon delivery.
Over 15kg & you are billed an additional box.
Sometimes, for example during exceptionally busy periods, there is a chance your order may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we shall inform you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
Exchanges and Returns - we'll happily replace a defective unit
We will happily replace a defective unit purchased on www.ilasecurity.com/wholesale - no questions asked. We ask that you return the item to the below address. Please send the goods back within 28 days of receipt in their original packaging to:
